Roan King has been a mortgage professional since 1997 and joined the First Continental Mortgage, Ltd. group of companies in 2002. During this time, Roan has been a member of the President’s Club seven times, and was selected as Mortgage Professional of the Year, State of Texas, during 2004.
Roan was born in Houston and grew up in the Katy area. He has lived in Austin, Texas, since 2000. Roan attended the Spencer School of Real Estate and has been a licensed mortgage broker since 1999.
Currently, Roan is a Senior Loan Originator at First Continental Mortgage in Austin. Roan consistently excels in customer satisfaction while maintaining high sales levels in both number of units sold and dollar volume.
During Roan’s spare time, he coaches his children’s sports teams and supports his community in various activities. He is also a motorcycle and ATV enthusiast. Roan is also a Worldwide Hunter, enjoys fishing, boating and scuba diving.

THE DEPARTMENT MAINTAINS A RECOVERY FUND TO MAKE PAYMENTS OF CERTAIN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY BORROWERS CAUSED BY ACTS OF LICENSED RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN ORGINATORS.
