CLIFTON A. CRABTREE

In 1992, with two employees, Clif Crabtree founded First Continental Mortgage. Under Clif's guidance, the operation grew into a nationwide mortgage lending firm. Since his entry into the mortgage business in 1973, Clif has earned and maintained his reputation as an industry leader. He has served as president of the Houston Mortgage Bankers’ Association and is actively involved in industry issues. Clif's continued leadership and vision has ensured the company’s commitment to its business plan of developing and successfully operating mortgage partnership opportunities with home builders.

A. TIMOTHY FISHER

Tim joined First Continental as President/COO in February 2009 and brings over 20 years of mortgage industry capital markets experience to the position. He previously served as a Vice President in the Residential Mortgage-Backed Securitization Conduits of both Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Prior to his Wall Street tenure, he served as a Regional Manager in the Correspondent Lending Divisions of Lomas Mortgage USA, Cal Fed/First Nationwide Mortgage and lastly, Citi Mortgage. Before entering the correspondent lending marketplace, he worked for two years as a residential loan originator. Tim serves on the First Continental Board of Managers and has served on the Board of Directors for the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association since 2003. He will serve as the TMBA President in 2012-13. He is a graduate of Baylor University and resides in Houston with his wife Deidra and two teenage daughters, Katherine and Lauren.

DEBBIE SEIME

Debbie Seime joined First Continental Mortgage in 2002. She has overall responsibility for accounting, finance and human resources. Debbie brings over 25 years of experience in problem solving and implementation of initiatives in a multitude of industries to include real estate, asset management, retail, pharmaceuticals and technology. She spent five years in public accounting, part of that with the national firm Deloitte Touche. Prior to First Continental Mortgage, she was a manager with Crow Holdings in Dallas. She has experience in start-up companies as well as medium and large corporations, all of which have brought her the business experience to manage the financial operations of mortgage partnerships with builders and retail operators. Debbie is a Certified Public Accountant, is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA. Debbie has a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio. She resides in Sugar Land, Texas with her husband Dean and is active in Christ United Methodist Church. They have two sons, Chad and Clay. |

Andy Perlman is responsible for the development of partner relationships with home builders nationwide. Andy has 19 years of experience in home-building operations and he understands the needs and issues that are most important to our home-builder partners. He maintains frequent communication with our builder clients and works closely with them to ensure that their needs and their buyers’ needs are satisfactorily handled. Andy's insight is critical to the continued refinement of our business strategy as it comes from a builder’s perspective. |
WILLIAM C. DAWLEY

Bill Dawley has over 20 years of experience in the retail and ABA mortgage industry. Bill has managed both production and operations in multi-state territories for several years, and was responsible for over $1 billion in annual loan production. Bill’s belief in the team concept was deeply instilled during his 14 years of playing professional baseball; his hands-on and team-oriented approach is why the reason Bill’s groups have continuously achieved a high level of success. |
