Our History

First Continental Mortgage, Ltd. was founded in 1992 by Clif Crabtree. Initially, there were only two employees.  From the beginning, the company was founded upon the single mission of providing exemplary service to home builders and their customers.

Today, after 20 years of continuous growth, First Continental Mortgage, Ltd. now has 150 employees and originates close to $1 Billion in purchase loans though 20+ home-builder partnerships in six states.
